I spent years asking myself:
I was the woman who looked like she was holding it together, but behind the scenes, I was exhausted. I struggled with relationships, felt overwhelmed by work, and constantly beat myself up for not fitting into the neat little boxes society laid out.
It wasn't until my late diagnosis of ADHD that the first puzzle piece clicked. I wasn't "broken" or "lazy"—I was wired differently. But a diagnosis is just a label; it’s not a manual. I still needed to know how to operate this machine.
I have always lived at the intersection of the logical and the mystical.
I crave data and evidence, but I also feel the undeniable pull of intuition.
I turned to Tarot not to predict the future, but to gain a new perspective on the present—
using the cards as a mirror to see what my anxious brain was missing.
I stumbled into Human Design, and honestly? It was scary accurate.
For the first time, I saw a visual map of my energy. It explained why I burned out, why I absorbed other people's emotions, and why standard advice never worked for me.
